Important Notice: These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," "you") and 15jl ("the Platform," "we," "us," "our"). By creating an account on 15jl, accessing the Platform, or placing any wager, you unconditionally accept these Terms & Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

These Terms apply to all Players regardless of the device used to access the Platform, including desktop computers, mobile phones, and tablets. Access via mobile browser on Android or iOS is subject to the same Terms as desktop access.

Age Verification: 15jl strictly enforces the 21+ age requirement. We reserve the right to request proof of age at any time. If a Player is found to be under 21 years of age, their account will be immediately suspended, all winnings will be voided, and any deposited funds will be returned to the original payment method after deducting any applicable processing fees.
To access real-money games on 15jl, you must create a registered account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number or email address, and any other information requested for KYC purposes.

15jl reserves the right to conduct identity verification (KYC) at any stage of the account lifecycle, including at registration, prior to processing withdrawals, or upon detection of suspicious activity. You agree to provide any documentation requested, including but not limited to a government-issued photo ID (e.g., Philippine passport, driver's license, or UMID), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership.
Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe may result in suspension of withdrawal privileges or account closure. 15jl shall not be liable for any delays in processing withdrawals resulting from incomplete or pending KYC verification.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 15jl account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. All activity conducted through your account — whether authorized by you or not — is your responsibility unless you have promptly notified 15jl of unauthorized access.
If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorization, you must contact 15jl customer support immediately. 15jl will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorized account access where you have failed to take reasonable steps to protect your credentials or have delayed reporting the breach.
15jl may, at its discretion, implement additional security measures including two-factor authentication (2FA), login notifications, and trusted device management. You are encouraged to enable all available security features on your account.
All financial transactions on the 15jl Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). 15jl accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following approved payment methods: GCash, PayMaya (Maya), Philippine bank transfers (BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, Security Bank), and Philippine debit cards.
Prohibited Payment Methods: 15jl does not accept cryptocurrency of any kind (including Bitcoin, Ethereum, USDT, or any other digital asset) or credit card gambling deposits, in compliance with Philippine payment regulations. Any attempt to deposit via prohibited methods will be rejected and returned.
Minimum deposit amounts and withdrawal thresholds are as published on the 15jl Platform and may be updated from time to time. Withdrawals are subject to successful KYC verification and compliance with applicable wagering requirements on any active bonus balances.
15jl processes withdrawal requests within the timeframes published on the Platform. Processing times may vary depending on the payment method selected and the outcome of any required verification checks. 15jl shall not be liable for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking institutions.
Withdrawals will be returned to the same payment method used for the original deposit where technically possible. 15jl reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal request.
15jl may offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, and other promotional incentives to Players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, game restrictions, minimum odds, time limits, and maximum withdrawal caps, which will be communicated at the time the bonus is offered.
Unless otherwise stated, bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before any winnings derived from bonus funds become eligible for withdrawal. Real money deposits and bonus balances may be tracked separately within your account.
15jl reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice. Bonuses are intended for personal recreational use only and may not be transferred, sold, or exchanged. Any attempt to abuse bonus terms — including but not limited to bonus hunting, arbitrage, or use of multiple accounts — will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings, and may result in account suspension.
All games available on the 15jl Platform are governed by individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and specific game rules, the specific game rules shall prevail with respect to that game.
All games on 15jl use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology from licensed game providers. Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages are published by the respective game providers and are available for review. 15jl does not manipulate game outcomes.
In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during gameplay, 15jl will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue fairly. However, 15jl shall not be liable for losses arising from technical failures beyond its reasonable control. Bets placed during a confirmed system malfunction may be voided at 15jl's discretion.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 15jl Platform. Violation of any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and legal action where applicable:
All content on the 15jl Platform — including but not limited to the 15jl brand name, logo, website design, graphics, game interfaces, text, and software — is the intellectual property of 15jl or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial recreational purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content from the 15jl Platform without prior written consent from 15jl.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 15jl shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or interruption of service.
15jl's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with any claim arising from use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. 15jl makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted availability, accuracy, or fitness for purpose of the Platform or any game offered thereon.
15jl collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference and available at 15jl.org/privacy-policy. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
15jl implements industry-standard security measures, including 256-bit SSL encryption, to protect your personal and financial data. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure, and 15jl cannot guarantee absolute data security.
15jl will not sell your personal data to third parties. Data may be shared with licensed payment processors, KYC verification providers, and regulatory authorities where required by law.

Upon account closure for cause, 15jl reserves the right to withhold any balance pending investigation. Where closure is not due to Player misconduct, any verified real-money balance will be returned to the Player's registered payment method after applicable processing fees.
Players may close their own accounts at any time by contacting 15jl customer support. Account closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days.
15jl reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via email or an in-platform notification at least seven (7) days prior to the effective date of the change, where practicable.
Your continued use of the 15jl Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 14.
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the 15jl Platform, the parties agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, it shall be submitted to the appropriate courts of competent jurisdiction in the Philippines.
Nothing in this clause shall prevent 15jl from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights or prevent irreparable harm.
